[WIN 7 to WIN 10 migration] 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 : the installation failed in SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation

I am sending you this message as I am facing a "brick wall" when trying to migrate from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (build 1909, 20H2 or even 21H2, recently) on several Lenovo models (especially M73 and M700, whereas some of them will migrate without any problem).
Indeed, every time I try to perform an in place upgrade, should it be in user interface mode or completely silent mode.
Unfortunately, the "setupact.log" and "setuperr.log" will return a lot of confused error (the last lines are talking about files that could not be found and plugins issues for instance).

Actually, I am using the following command line that works perfectly on some models :

setup.exe /auto upgrade /pkey <serial_key> /compat ignorewarning /installdrivers <drivers_path> /dynamicupdate disable /quiet /showoobe none /copylogs C:\Logs\Windows_7_to_Windows_10\Logfiles.log

Also, here is what I have already tried so far (even after having tried some clues given ou your excellent forum, by the way ; e.g. : fixed SFC errors using the SFCFix utility), namely :

- Migrating without network

- Perform all available updates from Windows Updates in Windows 7

- Drivers update from Windows 7

- Disabling the mpssvc (security) service before the installation

- Disabling the .NET 3.5 feature as advised on some other forums

- Deleting the OLE registry key in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE root (as suggested on other forums as well)

- Adding an environment variable to avoid plugins issues during the migration (variable name : MIG_UPGRADE_IGNORE_PLUGINS ; value : IphlpsvcMigPlugin.dll). This solution was suggested starting from Vista to Seven migration issues

- Running the DISM /Cleanup command

- Enabling/disabling updates during the migration process (using the "/dynamicupdate disable" argument)

- Disabling some devices before the migration (graphics card, network adapter and audio device)

- Disabling the Intel Smart Connect feature

- Executing the "SFC /scannow" command line (errors found but which cannot be fixed by Windows, according to the utility)

- Repairing the SFC /scannow errors using the SFCFix utility as mentioned previously (healthy image in the end and no more errors found afterwards)

- Disabling the digital signature check for device drivers prior to a new migration attempt

- Uninstalling all non-essential softwares then deletion of old and heavy Windows profiles

- Migration tests from the 20H2 then the 21H1 build

- Repairing possible errors from Windows Updates using a dedicated tool from Microsoft

- Checking errors from the SetupDiag utility (by Microsoft) but no errors found

- Registering again files from BITS and Winsock reset for the network card

- Migration attempt using the /MigNEO argument

- Using the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) in order to troubleshoot possible Windows Updates issues

- Using the Windows 7 repair feature from the genuine ISO file

- Using the Legacy mode from the BIOS

If this can help, please also note that I have already tried to virtualize the physical machine to a Virtual Machine and that the result was exactly the same (this test can possibly exclude hardware issues).

I have been struggling with this issue for many weeks now and I am totally desperate as I really would like to find a definitive and efficient solution to migrate from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Would you have any other idea ?
