See if you can run the 64x version:

(it created both files on the computer used to type this post)

Place the computer into safe mode with networking:

Uninstall and reinstall the AMD chipset drivers:

Code:
Name AMD SATA Controller
Manufacturer AMD
Status OK
PNP Device ID PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_7901&SUBSYS_7B861462&REV_51\4&3298272D&0&0042
Memory Address 0xFCE00000-0xFCE007FF
IRQ Channel IRQ 41
Driver C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\AMD_SATA.SYS (1.3.1.276, 91.05 KB (93,240 bytes), 16/04/2020 13:28)

Code:
amd_xata amd_xata c:\windows\system32\drivers\amd_xata.sys Kernel Driver Yes Boot Running OK Normal No Yes

Code:
amd_sata amd_sata c:\windows\system32\drivers\amd_sata.sys Kernel Driver Yes Boot Running OK Normal No Yes

For any BSOD:

a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
> if the file size is < 1.5 GB then > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Download to the desktop Windows 10 21H1.

Perform an in place upgrade repair while in clean boot.

Make sure that these are not installed:
a) non-Microsoft antivirus
b) non-Microsoft firewall
c) non-Microsoft drive encryption

The problem is that I always get a "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_ERROR" BSOD error when I restart my PC so as we need to restart the pc to be in clean boot, I got a BSOD error during the restart of the process to be in clean boot, and as I mentioned before I cannot perform an in-place upgrade because each time I try the process, I have a BSOD error and windows clean the changes after the error

Temporarily turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:

Find different versions of the AMD chipset drivers > uninstall the chipset drivers > replace with the different version

Code:
Driver C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\AMD_SATA.SYS (1.3.1.276, 91.05 KB (93,240 bytes), 16/04/2020 13:28)

Code:
amd_sata.sys Wed Mar 18 23:43:08 2015 (550A6FFC)
Code:
amd_xata.sys Wed Mar 18 23:43:10 2015 (550A6FFE)

So my bios version was E7B86AMS.H10, I donwloaded H10 bios file and flashed my BIOS with it, so... I'm still with H10 version and nothing changed.
Maybe I missed something ?

You need to choose the more recent BIOS from the motherboard site and download that one. You downloaded the same one as you already have and not the more recent one.

:) The instructions were referring to the motherboard version not the bios version but I can see why you were confused. - the instructions were not clear enough.
