That is not CMD.exe. That is PowerShell. To run CMD as admin, please click start button, start typing CMD, and then right click "Command Prompt" and select Run as Administrator.

It will probably be worded a bit differently in French, so translate accordingly.

For commands:
a) some will work in both ACP and APS
b) some will work only in ACP
c) some will work only in APS

Please follow the instructions for step #6 in post #16:

6) Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste:

Nice.

If possible post a new V2 in English so that the log files can be scanned.

The logs displayed piracy / crack.

See rule #4:

Code:
No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc) - it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services.

Please uninstall any pirated / cracked software.
And uninstall tools / methods used to bypass the activation of software.

Remove any piracy / cracked software and tools / methods used to bypass license activation.
Double / triple check.
Then post a new log collector.

Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it on the desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system (32 bit or 64 bit).

Run the program by double-clicking. When the program starts, click Yes to agree with a warning.
Ensure that Optional Scan is checked "List BCD" , "Driver MD5" and"Addition.txt".

Press the Scan button to run the tool...
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
The tool will also make a log named (Addition.txt).

Post share links: one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Please run

slmgr /dlv (adminsitrative command prompt) > view pop up > post an image or share link

For share links please use: one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Before starting I just want to share you a short video that demonstrate the state of my pc when I come back from school and I turned it on :
As you can see, the sound lag, my mouse lag, everything is lagging, but if I go to the Task Manager, the pourcentage of CPU and RAM are good.
The thing is, if I wait a couple of hour making tasks with my lagging pc, after a certain time, the problem will disappear and everything will be ok, except sometines sounds cutting rarely.
Also, when I turn off my PC when the problem si here, my screen doesn't recognize any source anymore but my PC is still powered, I need to manually turn it off by pressing the button.
If I restart my pc when the problem is here, I got a BSOD with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error code.
Finally, if I turn off my pc when the problem is not here, my pc turn off normally.

FRST.txt share link :

command pop up :

Please see instructions in the earlier post.

Run Farbar to produce both FRST and Addition > post new results (run in the same setting)
