Hi,
Because my computer was very slow, I wanted to reinstall W10. After reinstalling, as soon as I log in, the screen becomes white for a couple of seconds, go back to normal screen for a couple of seconds, back to white, to normal then and so on. I have no access to Start, can't open any files or applications.
In Safe Mode, it looks ok, I can open files/folders...
I tried to uninstall the antivirus but it doesn't fix it.
Any idea ?
Thanks in advance.

With new problems after a fresh reset save files consider backing up any important files followed by a clean install.

Then make free backup images.

Hello,
Thanks four your help. I did another new installation (without keeping old files).
Now, when I stat the computer I got a message saying that something is going wrong after the installation and an update is needed to solve it. I did, but the same messages is coming back. So I did it a dozen of times (I thought it might have several updates) but no improvement.
I tried to start in safe mode, but I got an error message "installation error, restart the computer".
Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Find a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into this thread.

For any problems posting images please use share links: one drive, drop box, google drive

1) On a working computer create a brand new Windows 10 iso 21H1:

2) Perform a clean install:
(do not install any drivers or applications)

3) Make sure that the drive has no partitions and is unallocated before the clean install

4) For any problems during the clean install post images or share links into this thread

Here are the screenshots (French language) :
For the 1st screenshot : setup country location, language, keybord and time zone.
Then, I got the 2nd screenshot : it's written : "Why did my computer restart?" and then explain what will happen (1.let the computer on; 2. If you use wifi select the ssid and connect ; 3 if you do not use wifi, setup the vlan ; update the application then)
