Hello friends, I am using Windows 10 and the NVIDIA graphics card driver is installed in my PC.
Suddenly what happened in my computer yesterday, the NVIDIA graphics control panel disappeared.
I am unable to go out of the house right now, cannot go to the service center. Suggest a solution to manually fix it.
I look forward to good and accurate advice.

Newer drivers (might) use the nVidiao control panel from Windows Store - did you check there to see if it can be installed?

I don't know what the deal is with Nvidia and MS with this driver ctrl panel app. Back in the 10xx series.....there was none of that. Then with my 20xx series it didn't do that either...then all of the sudden it started.

When I would do a clean install of my OS (10) and 10 would install the GPU driver for me but not the ctrl panel. I had download the app and it would works as before.

Now I'm just so used to it.....no big deal.

Just redownload the app from MS store.

For the below average user, the panel is really not needed, think plug-n-play dumbed down.

It's Microsoft moving away from the control panel in Windows 10. Now it should make more sense.

And I definitely need it for my crappy old monitors. I use one via HDMI and 1 via DisplayPort - but the colors are extremely muted and there is a gray ... 'haze', if you will (or, think that the monitor displays everything as if it is cloudy and foggy) on the DP connected monitor. So I have to change the Resolution settings to customize the DP connected monitor to use YCBCr444 colors versus the standard default color settings for that monitor (the HDMI connected monitor has 0 issues ). And I can easily do that from the Control Panel app.

No, its MS trying to control what was strictly NV. Has to with some API , I forget which, DX12 maybe?

Even without that, nVidia would have been forced to move the app and make it available for consumers from another location. But yeah, Microsoft being Microsoft....

you can still get the normal ones if you want from the advanced section, just don't get the DCH ones. Advanced Driver Search | NVIDIA

The easiest way to get the Nvidia control panel back is to do this...

DDU Instructions - Nvidia
1. Get this program, here: Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) | Wagnardsoft ...get the latest version, and save it to your desktop.
2. Get the Standard/Game Ready vid card driver here, use the Manual Search: Advanced Driver Search | NVIDIA ...save this to your desktop.
Unhook the internet completely.
3. Reboot into Safe Mode and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) choose the "Highly Recommend Option", and just do what it tells you.
4. After it's done, reboot to normal mode, then just double click the Nvidia driver to install. If it want's to reboot, let it.
Rehook the internet.
