So that we can help you please fill out your "My Computer" section so that we can fully understand the specification of your system.

With audio problems the first thing to check is that the audio devices are recognised in Device Manager (post a screen shot of all the relevant areas) and that the correct drivers are being used. You also need to make sure that the BIOS settings have not been altered so that on board audio is disabled. We can help further when we know more about your PC.

Please also explain if you have made any recent changes that might have triggered this. When did it start to happen?

1) Run the DM log collector > upload results

2) Post detailed results for these troubleshooters:

Hardware and sound

audio playback

3) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

4) Check the availability of restore points > post results

So, Bluetooth adapter an 1 other devices are have errors. Sound volume is good, if you can, screen record your desktop with audio and play a music (also not copyrighted)

Also, I can request to you an screenshot of Sound CPL?

Another: Attach an external speakers. If it works, check your laptop built-in speakers.
